  • Dr. Kayla Dziuba, DO

    Proficient in Spanish.

    Dr. Kayla Dziuba is a graduate of the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA, in 2019. Now residing in Tunnel Hill, GA with her husband and three children, she finds joy in her family, her practice, decorating cookies, cooking, and gardening.

    Dr. Dziuba chose family medicine in part because of the opportunity to truly get to know her patients, and this unique practice setting allows her the time necessary with patients to do so. Family medicine allows her to care for both chronic and acute needs for your whole family. She has special interest in women's health, menopause management, mental health, and in-office procedures. Dr. Dziuba is excited to provide comprehensive and personalized care to her community.

  • Dr. Michelle Little, DO

    Fluent in Spanish.

    Dr. Michelle Little, an honors graduate from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC (2016), later completed her Residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA serving as Chief Resident in (2019). After two years practicing in Calhoun, GA, she co-founded Dalton's first direct primary care practice.

    Outside of her medical endeavors, she finds joy in reading, travel, and non-running exercises. While she appreciates all aspects of primary care, Dr. Little has a keen interest in diabetes management, weight management, and holistic wellness. Fluent in Spanish, she aspires to introduce a new healthcare approach to Dalton and NW GA. Dr. Little resides in Rocky Face, GA, with her husband, son, and daughter.

  • Beth Howard, PA

    Beth Howard is a board-certified Physician Assistant, having earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama in 2014. Hailing from Dalton, GA, she returned to her roots after graduation and has dedicated a decade to diverse roles in hospital medicine and urgent care.

    With a heartfelt commitment to patient care, Beth holds a belief that each individual should be treated with the same level of attention and compassion she would provide to her own family. Taking pride in understanding her patients and their unique needs, she is enthusiastic about fostering genuine connections in healthcare.

    Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth is happily married to Laban Howard, and together they cherish the joy of raising three young children. Actively engaged in her local church, she finds fulfillment in community involvement. During her leisure moments, Beth indulges in family activities, tends to her garden and animals, and takes pleasure in home improvement projects.
